Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
At Le Moodboard Paris, we are committed to providing you with high-quality fashion and art products that you will love. As a small business, we prioritize the satisfaction of our customers and strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. Due to our limited logistical capacity, we do not offer returns or exchanges or refunds for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect sizing ordered by customers.
Defective or Incorrect Products:
In the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged or defective due to our own production errors, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will promptly investigate the issue and, if necessary, provide you with a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
Out of Stock Items:
If the product you ordered is out of stock at the time of processing your order, we will inform you of the waiting time needed to restock the item. Once the product is back in stock, it will be promptly shipped to you.
In the event that the out-of-stock product is no longer carried or restocked by Le Moodboard Paris, we will issue a refund for the affected item.
You will be notified of any out-of-stock items and refunded accordingly.
Restocking Timeframe:
Please note that restocking times may vary depending on product availability and supplier lead times. We will provide you with an estimated timeframe for restocking the out-of-stock item accordingly.
Refund for Out-of-Stock Products:
If we are unable to restock the out-of-stock product or if you choose not to wait for the restocking period, we will initiate a refund for the affected item. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and you will be notified once the refund has been issued.
Refund Process:
Refunds for out-of-stock products, including any applicable shipping cost deductions, will be processed using the original payment method. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated.
Size Consideration:
We kindly ask that you carefully select the size of your products before completing your purchase to avoid receiving items that do not fit. Please refer to our size guides and product descriptions for assistance in choosing the correct size.
